FourFourThree has confirmed it has received a report from a university student, who claims to have had a “sex” with a professor and a “dating” relationship with another professor.
The student, identified only as “J”, told FourFourOne she had been in a relationship with her professor for about two years, and was also in a “relationship” with another “professor”.
She said she “fell in love” with him and his assistant professor in September, and they had sex and kissed a few times.
She said they continued the relationship “for a year”, and then began to see each other in February.
“It’s a huge story, I’m not going to give away too much but there’s been a lot of reporting and a lot that’s been reported, and I think that’s why it’s going to be so big,” she said.
“But I’m just a normal college student and I just didn’t know what to expect.”
Her university said it was aware of the report and was working with police.
A spokesperson said it “cannot comment on any ongoing investigations”.
“We are committed to providing safe and supportive learning environments and to fostering a community of trust,” they said.
“As we have previously stated, we will do everything in our power to support our students in a safe and productive environment.”
“We take all complaints seriously and work with schools and their police to resolve them as quickly as possible.
We continue to review our policies to ensure they are consistent with the law and our policies are communicated clearly to students and staff.””
This is a huge report, but we need to do more to support students in their journey towards success,” they added.
